Welcome to Planet77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the legally binding rules governing your access to and use of the Planet77 online gaming platform, available at https://planet77.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"), operated by Planet77 ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

Planet77 is an online gaming brand providing casino games, live casino services, sports betting, lottery, and related entertainment services to eligible users. Our primary market is Malaysia, and our Platform is operated in the English language with support also available in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin Chinese.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Planet77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Planet77 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies referenced herein. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Planet77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

To register and maintain an Account on Planet77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. Planet77 enforces a strict minimum age policy in compliance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by Planet77 or any third-party responsible gambling programme, at the time of registration or thereafter.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of Planet77 or any of its affiliated partners or software providers.
• You must not have had a previous Planet77 Account closed, terminated, or suspended by the Company for a breach of these Terms.

5.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Planet77 Platform. Registration of duplicate Accounts is strictly prohibited. If you hold more than one Account, Planet77 may close all but the first-registered Account, void any winnings generated through the additional Accounts, and permanently suspend your access to the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.

5.2 KYC Verification

Planet77 conducts KYC verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit copies of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and/or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds.

5.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Planet77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify Planet77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Planet77 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20) are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

6.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Planet77 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account only after confirmed receipt by Planet77's payment processor.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Planet77 Account and previously used for a deposit.
• Planet77 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified Accounts, subject to payment provider processing times and any applicable security review.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification. Planet77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds, after satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements, may be withdrawn.

Planet77 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of Planet77 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Incomplete wagering at expiry will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• Planet77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of automated playing strategies.
• Refer-a-Friend bonuses are subject to verification that the referred player is a genuinely new user with no prior Planet77 Account.

All games available on the Planet77 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and Playtech. Each game is governed by that studio's individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

Planet77 does not develop or control the algorithms underlying game outcomes. All games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP percentages represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Planet77's decision in such matters is final.
• If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded on Planet77's game server shall prevail.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at time of placement apply.
• Planet77 reserves the right to void or suspend bets on sporting events affected by match-fixing allegations or unusual betting patterns, pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Planet77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or Platform feature.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you have self-excluded from gambling activities.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing valid transactions with your payment provider after the relevant services have been delivered.

All content on the Planet77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Planet77", logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of Planet77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Planet77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Planet77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Planet77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Planet77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide self-exclusion tools, deposit limit controls, session time reminders, and reality check features to all registered Players. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings.

Planet77 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. We reserve the right to conduct age verification checks at any time and to suspend Accounts where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

13.1 Termination by Planet77

Planet77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so under applicable law or regulatory guidance. In cases of confirmed fraud or AML violations, associated funds may be withheld.

13.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Planet77 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through Planet77's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Planet77's internal complaints procedure requires that disputes be submitted in writing to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Planet77 will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.

Planet77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. For material changes that substantially affect Player rights or obligations, Planet77 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable, via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Planet77 Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 above.
